As a National Repair Technician

I answered inbound calls from LECs and customers, responded to IM’s and emails from inbound representatives  and management inquiring about repairs and updates on ticket status.
Managed the network by making sure all XO Transport gear is up and running properly,
Worked with LECs to identify and resolve issues with circuits up until hard fixes are made and our most valued customers were satisfied.
Pushed the LECs for ETA/ETTR up until services were restored and our customer have confirmed all is up on their end.
did spirent or loop testing with the LEC to see where the service was down or the where errors were coming from whether it’s in the XO network or the LEC.
Troubleshoot circuits from 45mbs on up to 10 gigs or higher.

As a Inbound Carrier Repair Agent

I answered inbound calls from both internal and external customers.
Open Remedy and Clarify trouble tickets as requested from our carrier customers.
Open Remedy and Clarify tickets from request submitted via email.
Gave real-time ticket updates via telephone or through email to our most valued customers.
