I answered inbound calls from Maintenance Techs and internal departments regarding job assignments and outage inquires.
Responded to IM’s and emails from Management and other departments inquiring about repairs, job request, outage inquires, maintenance request and escalations...
Monitor alarms for outages, create trouble tickets, direct maintenance techs where to go to resolve outages.
Assign Maintenance techs daily jobs.
Work with Maintenance techs to see if outage has cleared/ update Remedy accordingly
Fix job assignment issues or errors from Maintenance techs.
