As a NOC Technician
I answer inbound calls from Field Techs that are at customer site to make a repair.
Respond to IM’s and emails from Management and other departments inquiring about repairs or repair tickets.
Troubleshoot all GTT products.Routers, Modems etc..
Work tickets that are assigned to me daily.
Call out, get updates on tickets, and work with the LEC up to resolution of repair ticket.
Follow up with our customers to verify that their technical issue has been resolved before closing their ticket.
